Girls from all over Houston shared a weekend of making new friends, learning about true friendship, and connecting to Christ through fun games and activities in a Challenge retreat that was powered by ECyD. There were 62 fifth and sixth grade participants, 12 high school leaders, and 3 moms present, along with Regnum Christi consecrated women Fabiola Zellek, Julian Frommling, Rachel Peach, and Liz Cunningham. Interwoven through scavenger hunts, adoration, games, skits, and talks were experiential lessons of friendship, qualities of a real friend, team-work building exercise, and opportunities to get to know Christ better. Congratulations to Challenge Houston for such a successful activity and opportunity for the girls to grow spiritually.
